Stéphan Toupin

My name is Stephan Toupin, and I’m the founder and CEO of Dawa Medical. I have a background in both the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, with over a decade of experience helping international companies succeed in the U.S. market. Born and raised in Canada, I hold dual citizenship and have been living and working in the United States for the past 10 years.

At Dawa Medical, we serve as the Initial Importer and full-service partner for companies looking to bring their medical products into the U.S. healthcare system. I’ve had the opportunity to support more than 130 foreign exporters and manufacturers through FDA compliance, warehousing, Initial Importer, US Agent and distribution.

My early career in pharma gave me firsthand experience with the high standards and regulatory demands of the healthcare industry. That foundation, combined with years of hands-on work in the U.S. market, allows me to guide our clients with clarity and confidence.
