A seasoned legal advisor and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in EU law and EU-funded projects, with a strong focus on R&D projects. Co-founder of Polite, a consultancy focused on assisting SMEs in managing H2020 and HE projects from both legal and financial
perspectives, Silvia has provided expert legal counsel to private companies, non-profit organizations, and public institutions. Silvia’s expertise includes legal counselling in negotiation and drafting of Consortium Agreements, IPRs-related agreements and Grant Agreements, alongside providing strategic advice to EU-funds beneficiaries on the financial and legal management of their grants.
